You'd be better off just linking to a very mobile friendly site in your SMS. Two-way SMS is always going to be a pain.For example, how does it get monitored on the Marketo side? What if someone responds "would love 2 chat more" and you're listening for a string that contains a number?

Here's a tip on that same subject..Have many scripts, not just one. So in your example, you'd have:{{my.adoptionScript}}{{my.trainingScript}}{{my.toysScript}}{{my.nurtritionScript}} And so on. It's easier to edit the individual scripts, and it's easier to remember what is going to be in your email.
I'd be looking for something with an HTTP API so you can just pass tokens into a webhook.
