This was not an operational email. After running a smart list, I see 600+ leads' data value changed to opted out=T before 10/25/16, but were sent the email on or after 10/26/16.
Every month our team exports, archives, and deletes invalid leads from the database. This month we noticed a significant spike in invalid leads (jump from 2k to 20k leads). After looking in these more, we see a lot of leads were delivered/opened emails as recently as yesterday and are now invalid. I...
Any thoughts why marketing emails would be sending/delivering to opted out leads? Shouldn't Marketo automatically exclude these leads from qualified lead list? If not, do I need to add opt out, unsubscribe, marketing suspend = false to EVERY campaign?
Is there a way to report gross email opens, aka multiple opens per lead? We have a request for this metric to see how many times leads are revisiting emails.
