Sideeq,I'm not entirely sure in your case, but I have seen this error before when I have accidently left an extra blank line above my HTML when copying & pasting the code.Lauren

To answer your question, yes. And to support everyone else's response, we tread lightly on opens. We do score +2 (on a 100 point threshold) for an open, but as far as taking any action on opens.. we really just use them as a trending metric of what message is resonating and what is not.

Hey Josh, Can you share your workarounds? I am able to create lead owner tokened signatures, but have the same team-selling issues as you. When my larges sales team edits the templates by copying and pasting stuff in, they often break they code so badly and don't know how to get out of it.

Lauren - is this new for you? We just had a disaster webinar today because no one could figure out the registration ID. We have run webinars no problem in the past, though webex has always required a password for us.Are you able to run a webinar without requiring a password?I need to get this fixed ...

Richard did you hear back about this? Occasionally I find that that upon import its only giving me AP options that live in separate workspaces. So annoying, considering this is the last step upon import. Will reach out to support otherwise.

Hi Beth -It depends how you set it up. By default, a lead can only fall into one stream at a team if within an Engagement Program. Otherwise you will have to set up rules to disclude them from other Engagement Programs or triggered Email Blast campaigns.Lauren
