Like Brian mentioned at the end, just set the qualification rules so the lead can only flow through the campaign once or once every 364 days. That'll ensure you don't double-down on reminding them that they're getting old.

You could still have the replies go back to the lead owner. From address is an independent field.That said, ours all come from a super interesting mailbox (company name), and replies for marketing emails go into the same box in case there are required follow up actions.
