I've always thought that was a bit weird, since sales folks can change the subject line if they feel so inclined... and they probably will.
Exactly! I think it's really interesting that most of the sessions announced for Summit so far are MOPs-focused. It bodes well for creating a conference that's truly "Marketing First," supported by Marketo... rather than All Marketo, All the Time.

Glad you found some value in it, man. People get stuck on vanity metrics more often than you'd think. It's great for an immediate gut-check, but doesn't really answer any business questions outside of how to build a better mousetrap with emails.
