If it works the same for both cases then why are the utm's not transferring to the Lead Source and Source Detail fields on our alert emails? Thanks Sanford, well, the page it is embedded is not a Marketo LP, it is a Wordpress page. Since this is hosted on a Wordpress page, would the autofill still work. I do see autofill is enabled on the form.

I think I may have figured out the problem. I don't see the utm's in the url. When I hover over the button to fill out the form, the url at the bottom left does not show any utm's. Also, when I view the page source or inspect the form, I don't see any of the utm's. So if what I'm seeing is correct, ...
