Going to Just been waiting on a resolution to my access to cases as an authorized contact. Apparently, I was in there twice with one record authorized and one that was not.
When I create an email and add a tokenized link which works great the first time I save.However, when I go back into the editor and make any update, saving a second time, the Display Text for my link, cropping from the period onward.Is this a known issue or bug?
