Person Notes mapped to SFDC Description not writing back to SFDC

I'm wondering, and perhaps it is a permissions issue at the root, if anyone else has experienced the case where they have a flow set up to write to the "Person Notes" field, which is mapped back to the SalesForce "Description" field.In my case it is not writing the values (with tokens) back to SFDC ...

Why are't certain badges "lighting up"?

My original login badge and a few others are not receiving the full color version.Each time I look at them I keep having to hover to see that I've already received them.Ideas? Help?
