So for the first image, you see the activity on Aug 18th where the lead was deleted from SFDC... that's an indicator that the equivalent action was not taken (or no flag/boolean value set) on the Marketo side to stop future sync. That is why this one synced back via campaign "Run Action Add to SFDC...
First, search via that email address in the Lead Database.Then you open each lead in MKTO by clicking the lead ID.There is a tab for Activity Log from there..
Activity log of sync (from MKTO) would be most helpful, and to see if in fact they are different (multiple) records in MKTO
I would need to see more detail from the MKTO or SFDC records. My suspicion is that there may have been multiple leads in MKTO (one possibility) that then synced to SFDC, hence the two new leads.Does each SFDC record have a corresponding Marketo record?
