Hi Jashna,How would you expect Marketo to determine what the main call to action is in a random email? I just reviewed a newsletter yesterday that had at least 20 different links in there. That is why I tend to set up all programs in such a way that upon a relevant click, the person's program status...
IMO best practice would be to set up a segmentation defining whether a person can be emailed or not, taking into account the people you describe as your first segment, but also taking into account unsubscribes, invalid emails and opt-in status to come to an unambiguous definition of who can be email...
Hmm, first of all, a person is never operational, your process of course can be.It is also not true that Marketo cannot send emails if there is no opt-in. Technically, by making an email operational, you can even disregard people who have actively unsubscribed and send your email to them. That being...
I would follow up on that ticket with this issue highlighted to urge them to fix the certificate and escalate it if necessary for a swift resolution. Https is advisable anyway, so rolling back to http seems like the opposite of what you want.
You include https in front of the url, but it looks like you don't have an SSL certificate implemented. The first image shows just fine with this links:leap.yotpo.com/rs/828-GCW-581/images/partnernlheader.pngYour second link is not ever going to work with all those spaces in there. Again, replacing ...
Hi Philip,Although I agree with you, it does leave out some of the "implied" reporting that is part of the email performance report. That derives an open if someone clicked, so without the actual activity. I think they both have their merit as long as you are aware of the differences.
When cloning an email blast program, the only thing that does not automatically update but should be considered an internal program reference is the selection of which program the reports should refer to. With a Default program, the cloned version does have the settings of the reports changed over c...
Please note two things with this approach:A hidden field is hidden for all users, so not shown in a separate folder. It simply cannot be referenced anymore. You can only hide a field if it is not used in any smart list or smart campaign.
If you support the idea of having these relative time references expanded, check out my suggestion in Ideas and like it if you would also want this implemented.https://nation.marketo.com/t5/ideas/expanding-relative-time-references-in-smart-list-filters/idi-p/318814
