When a custom object record is created it is associated with a person or company record based on the link field. When that company or person is merged with another record, where the other record is the surviving one, the connection of the custom object is not carried across to the surviving record. ...
Somehow it doesn't seem possible to trigger off the program member field "webinar url" being populated. This has best practice programs putting in random wait steps in the registration process for the field to be populated before the confirmation email is sent. If we could trigger off this field bei...
Questions can indeed be asked about the basic design of the process, but even with the CO data as they are, there are more practical ways to solve this. You could try and do it in a single smart campaign, but removing people from the current flow if they have a CO with some explicit constraints is g...
In addition to @Darshil_Shah1 's comment I would always include a filter defining what the current Person Status should be. You are now only filtering on whether it changed to a specific status, but there is no guarantee it is still on that same status. The only thing to be really careful with in you...

In that case I am also out of suggestions for out of the box functionality...
In addition to @Darshil_Shah1 's feedback, have you removed any snippets from your emails? For the actual email template you can indeed select a setting to define how to handle the use of it, but the same doesn't apply to snippets. They need to be removed and added back in after importing.
