Hello Biao,After looking into your account, it appears you were associated with a Marketo sandbox instance that was not connected to a support entitlement. I've corrected the issue and you should be able to access the My Cases Tab and also submit a case through the CaseConnector.

We did have some community profile issues that should be resolved now. If your team members are still having access issues to the Marketo community, please have them send an email to supportfeedback@marketo.com.
Hi Kristen, let us know if you are still having trouble. I believe out support team re-aligned your contact with your production instance and you should be able to access the support portal once again.

A number of our customers encountered an issue with emails being sent out of Marketo today. We resolved the issue and emails are being processed and sent out. We are working through a bit of a backlog, but should be back to normal levels shortly.
