I'd create a smart list. This will pull up the total number of email sends in that period (not necessarily delivered, but change the filter if that's what you're after). If you're still worried about duplicates, then export the list and dedupe in excel.
As far as a clone-able smart campaign that accomplishes this, I don't believe so. I am not aware of any flow steps that handle things done in Admin.
