After submitting and reloading the pageYou can set it so the page doesn't reload after form submission and then hide/replace the form with the 'thank you' message you want. Then if the person comes back to the page the KV html will kick in
A few ways people do this. I use webhooks + API written in php for strictly invite only events (only emails added to the program as Members can successfully register) and also capped registration events.
May have something to do with the email template. Vaguely remember encountering a frustrating error a long time ago with the email draft where the template was the issue. Sorry couldn't be more helpful
I'm pointing out to the OP that if they haven't purchased a MSI add-on subscription, they don't get any of the interesting moment features - flow step, standard fields etc.. Something I recently found out myself.
My understanding is you have to purchase MSI seats to get interesting moments working, so getting interesting moments working and syncing with a CRM are two separate things.
Since you haven't specified a timeframe, my guess is the difference in data retention policy for the two activities is causing the high disparity.Clicks link in email is retained for 25 months whereas Visit Webpage is retained for 90 days.
Workaround answer: you could use an android emulator to install the app.Not ideal but depends how badly you want to use the app on a desktop.
You can't equate Clicked Link = Visit Webpage as link scanners will come into the picture.Your high disparity might be caused by how you're setting the filter logic. Can you take a screen shot and paste here?
