Alignment of HTML code has nothing to do with the actual functionality of the code - it's simply to make it easier to work with the code (as is the color-coding). So I'm surprised that just left-aligning it fixed it.

Hi Jennifer - MSI is really your best option at this point. The MS Dynamics sync doesn't offer the same capabilities as the SFDC sync (you can't sync to the campaign object, create tasks, etc.). Here's an idea to vote on:
