Hi Sanna - It's a shame that Marketo doesn't keep an archive of past Summit presentations - especially since a lot of the content is still relevant. I can send you the presentation deck in a private message. You need to first follow me.
Yes, API users do count against that limit. Which is odd - if you have 10 services consuming Marketo data, you're already using 33% of your allotment.
Hi Dory - since it's part of the "send email" smart campaign, there's nothing to approve/activate within the nested program. So it looks like this in the program:But when we add it to the stream, Marketo throws up an error, making it impossible to activate within the stream. Yeah, we tried deletin...
We're getting errors in one of our smart lists. One of the filters includes a field that has a type of "text" (not "string). Another key difference is Champion/Challenger can only be used with trigger campaigns (not batch). It sounds like this was a batch - and you used the dedicated Email Program (with built-in A/B testing) since you said 40% of your audience were already sent the emails.
I think the other question that needs to be asked is if it's possible to spread our database across multiple servers (e.g., European people on the servers/data center in London). Will be important to comply with GDPR by next May.
Check your EMAIL settings in Admin. Sounds like you have "root block elements" set to
