The Blue Envelope in the Tout Chrome Extension allows you to Tout someone from anywhere on the web.  If you see the envelop, that means we were able to extract an email and you can send them an email or add them to a campaign.

Let's start first with a few trouble shooting steps: Check for Updates: Click "ToutApp" in the main header of your Outlook instance and click "Check for Updates". If available, you will be run through the update process. Once you have checked for updates you will want to close Outlook re-open. Re-install ToutApp within your Outlook: Click "ToutApp" in the main header of your Outlook instance, click "Options" > Re-install, and Tout will walk you through the re-install process. Send Diagnostic Logs: Click "ToutApp" in the main header of your Outlook instance, click "Settings" and "Send Diagnostics". This will help us troubleshoot your Outlook instance more effectively. Add Email to Salesforce allows you to push any emails you receive in Outlook to your Salesforce account. We do the look up based on the sender of the email, so we can currently only use this button for emails you received - and not emails you sent. We are working on changing the functionality to allow to log emails you have already sent, but in the meantime, if it didn't automatically log when sent, or show up in your failed activities in the activity log you can forward it to your Salesforce BCC email address.

In order to insert Calendar times from OWA, open up a new Compose window, click Add-Ins > ToutApp. You will see all your Tout options appear, click on Calendar and select the open times you would like to insert into your email. Be sure to hit Tout It instead of Send!

In order to add a Template or Campaign from OWA, click Add-Ins > ToutApp. You will see all your Tout options appear, from there you can schedule the email, insert calendar times/templates and add tasks. You can even schedule your email, just be sure to hit Tout It instead of Send!

In order to add a Template or Campaign from OWA, click Add-Ins > ToutApp . You will see all your Tout options appear, click on Templates and select the template/campaign you would like to Send. Be sure to hit Tout It instead of Send!

In order to add content, open up a new Compose window and click Add-Ins > ToutApp . You will see all your Tout options appear, click on Content and select the content you would like to attach. If it is not there, click "+" to upload a new piece of content. Be sure to hit Tout It instead of Send for it to track properly!

Unfortunately at this time we don't have the ability to Add Email to Salesforce from an email in your inbox. However, if you set up your Salesforce integration , every time you Tout an email we will automatically log it to Salesforce.

ToutApp Enterprise subscribers have access to some great dashboards. Once you have installed the ToutApp package for Salesforce, from the AppExchange you will see these dashboards appear. If you are not seeing the correct information populate on the dashboard you will want to make sure that you are logging information to the Tout custom fields. The fields can be installed in the Activity History section and on the Task object in Salesforce. The fields include things such as Tout_Viewed, Tout_Clicked, Tout_Replied, Tout_Templates, etc...

To add this to your Lists, go to Setup > Customize and under Contacts/Leads/Accounts open up Search Layouts . From here, Edit Leads List View and drag Push to Tout into the Selected Buttons.

To add this button to your Salesforce instance, edit the Page layout for Lead/Contact/Account. Select the section for Buttons and grab the Email with Tout button and drag it down into the Custom Buttons section of the Details.

If you use Pipedrive we do not offer an integration, but we can use our AutoBCC functionality which will automatically add your BCC email to every email that you Tout. All you need to do is add that BCC email address here and it will automatically log those emails into your Pipedrive account.

Click to Call should be pushing the contact to Tout and auto-populating their phone number in Tout. If this is not the case, please click Contact Support and let's troubleshoot why this is happening together.

Setting up Tout Phone is quick and easy. Just plug in your phone number and make your first call to get verified.  It will dial your phone number first, and then once you answer, it will connect through to whomever you are calling.
