Click to Call should be pushing the contact to Tout and auto-populating their phone number in Tout. If this is not the case, please click Contact Support and let's troubleshoot why this is happening together.
Setting up Tout Phone is quick and easy. Just plug in your phone number and make your first call to get verified. It will dial your phone number first, and then once you answer, it will connect through to whomever you are calling.

Select 'Proceed to Group'. Toutapp will not push over any contacts marked as Email Opt Out in Salesforce or Unsubscribed in ToutApp. ToutApp will add this group titled "SFDC-......" to the Relationships page on toutapp.com. If you want your calls from Tout Phone to be automatically logged to Salesforce you will want to make sure that the following is in place. You will need your account to be connected to Your Salesforce account through the API connection. If you are calling from ToutApp.com you will need a Salesforce ID saved to that contact. Tout Phone gives you the ability to record and save your call recordings. If you would like to share a call recording with another member of your team there are two places you can copy the link from. Copy Recording Link from the Person Details in ToutApp.com 1) Navigate to ToutApp.com 2) Open up the person details 3) Find the Call Activity under the activity list 4) Right click on the call recording and copy the link URL Copy Recording Link from the Salesforce Task You will need to have your calls logging to Salesforce in order to get this link 1) Navigate to the task created in Salesforce for the call. 2) Copy the link listed in the Tout Call Recording field. NOTE: Do not copy the URL from the call recording. This recording link has an expiration date and will lead to an error page after about 10 minutes.
