If your fonts don't match, it's likely due to copy/pasting into the text editor in your template. The best way to avoid this is when you are building the template to always paste with plain text. This will strip out any formatting that is being carried over and allow you to decide the font/size within the editor.
When you upload Content we are able to track not only the click, but we can track which page your contact is reading. If you upload an attachment, we can only track the click and lose visibility into the page by page activity.
You can install the Tout Chrome extension from here. If you still don't see Tout in Chrome, you may need to update your extension, go into your Chrome Extensions and make sure that you are on the latest version of Tout. If it is not up-to-date, click "Update extensions now". Once that's done, you may need to clear your cache and restart your browser.
If you are sending through your own Server, your server is going to have limitations for the number of emails you can send simultaneously. When sending through Tout, you have the ability to send many emails, but we will try to send them at the same time. If you are aware that your server is going to cut you off at 100 emails per minute, you will need to only send up to 100 emails through toutapp.com otherwise the emails can land here due to the emails being throttled by your server.
If you click to Call from a Call task, after you make the call your task will auto-complete and trigger the next step in your campaign. If you do not complete the call task, your campaign will not continue.
In order for a task to complete automatically you need to click Call or Email from within the Task. If you are stuck on a task and cannot find it, click on the calendar under Overdue Tasks and change the calendar range. It's possible that the tasks have gone beyond the default view.
ToutApp does not offer an iPhone or Android App for its users. The best way to get updates from ToutApp is through a Chrome browser on a PC or Mac. We know how excited some of you are to start checking your ToutApp updates on the go.Right now we are working on tons of exciting features and improvements that are going to rock your socks off, but have not yet slotted a time for a mobile application. Sorry that we can't get a phone application to you sooner. If you are an iPhone user you can save your Live Feed to your desktop as a possible workaround. Open Safari Go to ToutApp.com/login Sign in. Open your live feed Click Save button at the bottom of your browser Add to Homescreen. Once you launch the icon for your Live Feed you may need to use two fingers to zoom in to increase the size of the font.
We wish we could provide you with one static IP address. We are deployed into the cloud and utilize over 200 servers to process emails and user requests. Unfortunately, at this point, it would be difficult to give you a single IP address to whitelist. We could give you a pretty expansive range, but I'm afraid that is not going to be any more secure for you.

If you don't see the tasks you are looking for in your live feed, you will be able to find them in your Command Center in toutapp.com. Click the "Calendar" buttons in the overdue section to change the date range to display your tasks that are not showing up in the live feed.

When you schedule an email in gmail it is supposed to save your email in the drafts folder until it sends. Nothing has gone wrong, but due to how we integrate with gmail this is a restriction of the scheduled emails that they have to stay in the drafts folder. After it hits the scheduled time, they will move from drafts to Sent. You can see the email has been scheduled within toutapp.com and it should also have the label Tout Scheduled Email. Alternatively you can schedule from toutapp.com and they won't show up in your drafts in gmail.
ToutApp tries to stagger delivery through gmail in response to Gmail servers slowing down when sending your emails and is done in an effort to prevent Gmail from freezing your account. Unfortunately, once Gmail freezes your account, you will not be able to send out any emails until your account is unfrozen. Learn more about Gmail throttling rules here .
If you have already paid for your account you may have signed in with a different email address. Make sure you are signing in with the email address associated with your Billing (make sure it's your company vs. personal). If you are having trouble getting out of the billing page, try clearing your cache/history to get signed out, and then sign back in with the other email address.
This is due to the fact that your campaign starts with an email task rather than an email. If it starts with a task it will not show up in the compose window. You will want to go into the campaign and click Edit to switch to the first option to send automatically. This will allow for the email to show up in your compose window. Even though the language says "automatically" you can still schedule it to go out at a different time.
