Let's start first with a few trouble shooting steps:

  1. Check for Updates: Click "ToutApp" in the main header of your Outlook instance and click "Check for Updates". If available, you will be run through the update process. Once you have checked for updates you will want to close Outlook re-open.
  2. Re-install ToutApp within your Outlook: Click "ToutApp" in the main header of your Outlook instance, click "Options" > Re-install, and Tout will walk you through the re-install process.
  3. Send Diagnostic Logs: Click "ToutApp" in the main header of your Outlook instance, click "Settings" and "Send Diagnostics". This will help us troubleshoot your Outlook instance more effectively.
