Troubleshoot - RTP Campaign Recording Impressions but not Click Data

David Myers This actually isn't a Marketo Form or Thank you page.  It's just a banner that presents if a user hits our target criteria.  The click on the banner then takes the user to a website.  I am seeing impression data come through, but 0 click data.

Please open a support ticket on this with the necessary campaign details/URL for them to follow up on, and I can also take a look at it from there. The expected behavior is to track the click on the banner within your Web Campaign and track it in the metrics.

My colleague & I opened a ticket last week but have yet to get a response I was resorting to this community help as a last ditch effort for some support.
