Hi,
I faced a sync issue with Salesforce and Marketo. Once the salesforce campaign is created and activated in SFDC, the campaign should be selectable in a drop-down menu in Marketo when the program is set up. However, this has stopped working.
Really appreciate any help here.

I'd check the following:
- Marketo <> SFDC sync status (enabled/disabled)
- Any relevant sync errors you could see in the Marketo Admin > Salesforce > Errors
- The SFDC Campaign sync checkbox is checked in Marketo
- The sync user has permission to access that campaign

+ Campaign must be marked Active in SFDC.
Yes, Thanks! The campaign needs to be active. OP mentioned that they have their campaign marked as Active in SFDC so I didn't mention it specifically. 🙂
