On the analytics tab of some of my engagement reports, it shows some emails as having zero sends. However, I see people have received those emails when I run smart lists for them. What would account for these emails showing zero sends? Thanks!
The weirdest thing happened this week with one of my engagement programs...the first email had over 96,000 sends, but between the seventh and the eighth email, there was a severe drop of 41,000 sends.What could account for this? Thanks, all!

Before the day of an event, I make sure the event is live in my calendar - this way it appears in the app for the rep to see. We give our reps access to the Marketo app for a week following their event, in case they need to go back in and look at metrics. However, if the event is only live for one...
Our branches frequently use the Marketo mobile app on their iPads to check people into events and register new attendees. Can this mobile app also be installed on desktop? We want to provide branches with that option if they don't have an iPad handy.Thanks!
