What this person did was fill out the form for the first "Fills Out Form" trigger, which is filling out the form on the local LP inside the program. Is there any other info you need?

Seems like an odd thing to open a ticket for, but you could reach out to support just to see if there have been any changes, upgrades, etc from their end. They can help dig into what's causing the "problem"...hopefully you don't jinx yourself!

The only issue with this is it sounded like Mahu wants to audit the emails before they go out to the selected database. Adding herself to the smart list will just allow her to receive the emails when her audience receives them.

Sending yourself a sample email is the easiest way to test it before the final version goes out to your selected database.

Hey Steph,As long as everyone is still in the wait step and you add the Send Email flow step after the wait step, then they will receive the email once the wait step is over. No need to remove everyone.
