For my company in the Marketing department, we have a dedicated person who receives the out of office emails or automated replies. This is what we do:Any out of office replies which says that the person is on vacation or maternity leave for a week or longer, I market suspend them and reverse after ...
Hi Mike,This has happened to me a few times and the fastest way for me to find out which Marketo program an SFDC campaign is linked or synced to, is to check your programs in Marketo and see which ones are synced to SFDC, and check the SFDC campaign name. Probably not too fast if you have tons of p...
I've done what Dan has suggested before and it worked for me. Just make sure to remove the additional waitstep the following week.

I thought that when someone unsubscribes from the first of 5 emails from a drip campaign that they wouldn't receive any of the subseque...
I'm piggy backing on Josh's comment above, or the leads have emails that forwards to another email, this is a big one for us. Another way that people have received emails from us even though they are marked unsubscribed in SFDC is if they are using another email tool other than Marketo. In our cas...
I used Emailabs a long long time ago and they had a similar dashboard that shows the unique opens, and those who marked the email spam.
