Hi Erin,Will is correct. If you change the Marketo program status, it will automatically mirror the change in SFDC campaign status and vice versa.
I played around with the new form and love it! Thank you so much for making this possible.
I create a campaign that has the filled out form trigger, and a flow sending an email alert of who filled out the form as another option to what Will mentioned above.

I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for, but when I try to look for records who are unsubscribed, because my Marketo instance is synced with SFDC. I create a smart list with the following info:SFDC type: contactsunsubscribed is true.
I usually sync a Marketo program/campaign to a salesforce campaign. Is that what you're trying to do? My program usually indicates the channel type. When you look at your program view, it will say salesforce campaign sync. Click on the hyper link and select the campaign in salesforce.
