SFDC ID is a column choice on a lead report, but I can't access it in a filter. Are there any workarounds for this? I realize I could make the lead/contact ID a SFDC formula field on the lead/contact, but that wouldn't trigger an update in Marketo.I'd like to filter based on Account ID as well.

Does anyone know why these checkboxes are appearing above the field lables? "Left" layout is selected with "label on the right" for these fields. Adjusting the size of the form box on the landing page editor adjusts label placement on the text fields, but these check boxes won't move.
