Hi @Oz_Platero, Thanks for this, that article was really helpful! I turned off 'required' field in zoom for the job_title field and it's now working fine! We're still collecting their job title through Marketo and then to SFDC so it's actually working as we would like it to. Thanks for your help 🙂
