Thank you for the answer. I think it solves part of the mystery (why there are more people on the smart list than on the report when we look at total numbers). But still, there are more people in the smart list than on the report for each variant, which goes against this logic.
Hello, Marketo Community! I'm having trouble figuring out how many people received an email that includes an A/B test. To give context, this triggered email went out for a few weeks without a challenger, then I added an AB test 50/50 around 1 month ago. If I pull out an email performance report, I...
I see. In that case, an engagement program is the best way! I usually choose engagement programs when I have a longer cadence of emails and a complex strategy, so it's easier to control, add, remove or change streams. For example, welcome to the product nurtures (1 email right after conversion, then...
I believe Darshil_Shah1 already shared a valid solution.Another workaround would be ditching the stream and doing all the automation in Smart Campaigns. For example:Trigger: Fills out formFlow: Send email 1Wait 7 daysSend email 2Wait 7 daysAnd so on... I've done this in the past and it worked fine.
This is a little more complicated, but we can use a workaround. If you can fix the names in Excel/Google Sheets, it would be easier. Try copying/pasting the list, then click on "Split text to columns" using the comma as a separator. You'll get the main name in a column and the "the" in another. Jus...
I would love this too! Sometimes I clone nurtures and want to keep the smart campaigns, not the emails. It's so tedious to find what campaigns are using the asset, delete or change the campaign, go back to the email, unapprove it, remove it from the stream, then delete it, then repeat for the next 1...
Hello, Community! My Marketo org is integrated to Salesforce. Our SFDC org is going through a problem and can't process many leads at the same time (the SFDC team is working on a solution, but it might take a few weeks). The problem is, meanwhile, I can't upload lists on Marketo with more than 100 ...
I agree! If the database is too big to export, you can bundle fields in groups (of 10, 50, 100...) so you don't have to do it one by one.
You can create a smart list - it's not that much work. Add the filter "Company name is = ", click on the + button and paste the entire list of companies. You don't have to do it one by one!
Maybe you can create an empty stream and use the transition rules to add those people to this new stream? So the people will still be on the program, but won't be receiving any emails and you won't need to pause it.
