Hi Josh,Thank you very much for the explanation. I checked the SFDC ID and record type lead profile, those fields cannot be edited. How do I erase them in Marketo? If I import the list of email with SFDC ID and record type empty, will it override existing information? Thanks!
We recently encountered a problem with SFDC sync. A batch of leads were deleted from SFDC and the deletion action was not synced to Marketo. So Marketo still thinks those leads exist in SFDC and tries to sync update, then we got a lot of sync errors like: Failed: cannot retrieve values from sfdc Id ...
Thanks, that works!I guess there is no way to run the report before I create the additional field.
Is there anyway to report on how many times a campaign was triggered during a time frame? We use a smart campaign to qualify leads (new and old) on a field A value change. All leads can run through the campaign every time. smart lists: (any)1. new leads with a value in Field A2. old leads have a chan...
Hi Josh, The "score was changed" filter only allow us to define the exact points change (only "change is XXX or is not XXX"). Our threshold of MQL is 60 and we are trying to exclude people who are already 50 or 55 before entering the program. I will try the click filter, too.We are imagining a repo...
Hi Josh,Thank you for the answer! Unfortunately we do not have any RCM/RCE now. We recently ran an engagement program and pushed a large amount of MQL to SFDC. However, when we inspected them, most of the leads were at almost MQL status when entered the engagement program. But we only want to know t...
We are trying to pull a report of a program to show the effectiveness of it.Ideally we would like to have a chart showing a list of leads and the score they have accumulated through this specific program. Then the management wants to view a chart showing number of people in every pool (got 10-19 poi...
I checked Marketo admin and there is no block. I'm wondering if there is similar setting in SFDC blocking Marketo field updates, because I just realized that even I changed a string field (like name) manfully, it will be overrode by SFDC and go back to original value.
Hi Dan,The field I was trying to update is actually generated from Marketo. We had to create it in SFDC due to Marketo's lack of ability to create picklist fields. I wonder what's the situation with leads only in Marketo. Am I still not able to edit the field?
Thank you both. I guess I will just go to SFDC to edit the value. Very inconvenient though.
