Cannot manually edit pick-list fields

I just realized that I cannot edit the pick-list fields in marketo. Is this standard? Those fields were created from SFDC and synced to Marketo. Hi Greg,We use the content program LP for multiple ongoing channels. If add the data value change in content program, all leads will be attribute to only one channel.
