  • Re: Deleting Invalid Leads

Erica,Yes we do actually delete / remove these junk leads from our Marketo and SFDC. Not every company should do this, but it's our preference. Our sales cycle is fairly long and requires a significant investment from customers -- so we basically just choose not to waste time or database space wit...

No, unfortunately for some people it did not automatically adjust -- myself included 😞It was a pain to manually change my time zone and then also update all my programs by 1 hour. But now I know to look for this when the time changes again later this year.

  • Re: Deleting Invalid Leads

We delete our Invalid leads usually once a month. As Kristen M said above, most likely the history isn't worth keeping because they often have bad / junk data. This is just our own internal policy though -- might not be okay for everyone.Check out this great article by @Josh Hill on things to look f...

Two things off the top of my head:1. Did you approve the actual email, as well as the program?2. You may want to go into your Admin profile and double-check your Time Zone. See if you're using Daylight or Standard time, because your system setting will make a difference in the time that your program...

  • Re: Smart Campaign incorrectly pulling in Leads

Christine would you mind posting a screenshot of the Smart List filters you're using for this?Do you have the one specific form in its own separate "Filled Out Form" filter?

  • solved badge Re: Is there a way to see A/B test results after declaring a winner?

Ok. In that case I don't know if it's possible to get back to that dashboard from an engagement program a/b test.If you saved any of the Notifications that remind you to select a winner, you could see one of the metrics there -- like in my screenshot. That's the only thing I'm aware of though.

Mike, do you have a drop-down in the Dashboard like this?If so, just toggle between those to view the Test data vs. the Overall data after you've declared the winner.

  • Re: Munchkin Code is not logging interesting moments in marketo

@Arielle -- Yes, as Sanford said, you actually get to define what your Interesting Moments are (or aren't), and then you'll need to create a program with triggers and flows that mark those activities as Interesting Moments. Here's an example of one we've made:Hope that helps.

  • Re: Best Way to Track Statistics in an Engagement Program?

Your Engagement program emails (nurture emails) will still show up in your Analytics section, in the Email Performance reports. This is where I go to see opens, clicks, unsubscribes, etc. for nurture stream emails.

@Carissa -- will the team be entering email addresses of any leads that currently exist in your database? In other words, are you worried that this new form will overwrite data on some existing leads....which you don't want to happen?
