Currently I have an engagement program set up, consisting of stand-alone emails, each being placed in its own stream.
However, I've read that this is not best practice, especially if you're tracking the analytics closely.
I also read that an email program cannot be placed in an engagement program.
So my question is, what is best practice for keeping track of email activity (opens, clicks, etc - basically similar to email campaign "results" when working inside an engagement program?
