    I synced the fields a few days ago now. I tried to paste the status in a Change Data Value filter: it changes the value both in Salesforce and Marketo, but I still can't see it in the picklist.

    That is what I thought but one of my leads has this status (I changed the value in Salesforce) and Marketo still doesn't show the value in the picklist, although the Activity Log shows a change has occurred.
