Hey Sanford Whiteman, how long should it take for that change to be reflected on my LPs? I updated it yesterday afternoon but still showing the default favicon tags in the rendered page.
Hey Carly! Short answer - both are correct! Here's a a guide for how to use UTM parameters in Marketo to track original lead source all the way through conversion - Marketo Lead Source Guide
Unfortunately not a process Marketo has the ability to handle. I would recommend investing in a tool like Demand Tools to handle this. It is very easy to reassign leads to new owners, and even evenly distribute amongst a group of new owners.
I would recommend using a third party like Reach Force to append that information if data integrity is a concern and you have a need to keep the leads unconverted for a while. The custom sync filter set up through Support keeps it from being re-synced unless the field is changed bac...
Marketo dedupes on email address, so as long as the email address matches to another email address in your database, it won't create a new lead. Any fields with block field updates turned on will not be updated if they already have a value.
Oh really? Wow I always thought it worked the other way too. There should be better documentation about this. It's not worded very clearly in the product doc.
