Hmm, I supposed because they are already in the wait step? Do you know if I add a choice after it's initiated if that will work, since they are not already in that "step?" Thanks!

We changed the wait step in the flow of a previously initiated campaign by one day and it still sent at the original date/time? Why didn't it send at the updated date/time? Thanks!

We are trying to get our sales reps to leverage Marketo Sales Insights' Best Bets and Watchlist. But I'm noticing some glitches that are frustrating our reps to the point of not using it. For example, one rep has a "Best Bet" who hasn't been in Marketo since 2015. How can they still be in Best Bets ...

Based on both of your responses I ended up just adding a flow step to my "fills out form" interesting moment campaign. I created a new field "Last form filled out date," and then put a flow step in the interesting moment campaign to "Change data value" with {{system.datetime}}. It's perfect, so now ...

This is so bizarre but I had the same issue. Per your note I disabled the pre-fill and it started working. I still don't get why, but oh well.
