Hi Mike,Your A/B test winner will be sent at the scheduled time in the timezone configured for your instance. You should be able to view this in the Schedule tile for your Email Program. You are not able to use the Recipient Timezone feature when running an A/B test.

You will need to create a new Email Performance Report for each variant if you want to know the performance of each subject line.
Marketo doesn't make it easy. It will require building multiple reports with smart list filter criteria "Was Sent Email" with the constraint of your"Test Variant". More details here: Can you get a breakdown of A/B results in email performance report?
