We are also having this issue. A campaign changes their 'Person Status' in Marketo, but a SFDC Sync messes with it. It looks like it's being changed from [null] to "None" but the field was clearly changed to "Purchased List" 2 minutes prior.
Just like you can set up a custom conversion for an A/B test and see it on the dashboard after the send, you should be able to do this with regular email sends. We want to know how each email did at converting our leads, and we can't get accurate data with the method we use now which is a smartlist ...

That's just a program right? That's not the same as an email program. Therefore we can't see the number of people that specific email converted to registrants of our event.
For an A/B subject line test you can add "Winner Criteria" which we choose to set as a conversion rate for signing up to our event. We would like to be able to see this conversion data in an email send that doesn't have an A/B test. Does anyone know if this is possible?
