Error approving Email — HTML error, 'html' tag is missing

I just started getting this error when attempting to approve emails...even if I don't edit the content of the email, I get this error. Anybody have any idea of what could be going on?

You need to add </html> to the end of your code

I've had this message persist sometimes and no one could figure it out. But I find selecting Validate Code from the Code Actions drop down does the trick.

Thank you! I already had </html> at the end of my email, but validating the code seemed to fix the problem!
