Thanks, Greg. The tokens in question are "my.tokens" and I'll investigate. At the end of the day, it might make more sense just to send these alerts via SFDC.

I wish it were that simple. But I did the import myself and the only fields were company, first, last, and email address. I somehow think it has to do with these List Import Alias rules. Any other hunches? And thank you for your reply : )

I believe it's as good or better, to be honest. Six Bricks is the brainchild of LeadMD, a premier partner with Marketo. I only really got to see the offerings in beta, but last time I did, they were working on a Marketo simulator to use for testing purposes. It was pretty slick.
