Updating Salesforce Campaign from Marketo

I can't figure out how to update the Member First Responded date in Salesforce if the lead is already a member of that campaign and they are responding for a second time.PLEASE HELP!

I don't want to have it link to a youtube page, or play from there, I want the video to stream from our FTP site. The html code I usually use (see below) does not work. PLEASE HELP!

HI Mike,I had this same issue, and using the one field Survey Monkey allows you to hide (c), I was able to attach a SFDC Id to each person who fills out the survey with out them knowing. thank you. The easiest thing was to just change the type back to boolean and just make it required everytime.

THe change was made in Marketo, not in SFDC, so I just need to go into Salesforce and make the same change and everythign should be all set?Why is it make me do that when it it is categorized, under field mapping, as unmapped custom fields??
