The Engagement score that Marketo assigns to each of my emails (based on opens, clicks, etc.) is potentially a valuable metric for evaluating and managing my programs. The challenge is that it only appears in the Dashboard of each program; if I want to look at all my programs for the month, I would have to click on each and every one individually. I would like to suggest adding a column to the Email Performance Report for Engagement. This would enable me to sort my programs and quickly look at my high and low engagement emails, as well as look at how the score changes over time. If adding a column to the existing report is impractical for technical reasons, a separate report for Engagement across programs would also work. Thank you for considering this idea.
