I am looking for a specific token "Sales Owner Last Name" and it is not listed in tokens. There is a field listed (see below). I am wondering why these aren't matching. Shouldn't all fields be available as tokens?

I want to be able to use a different unsubsribe page for a specific email. Is this possible?

We used to have some sort of javascript sitting on some landing pages. When you go to that landing page, I want it to prompt you to download a pdf, not take you away from that page, but just download it while you are still on that landing page. Anyone know the code to do this?Thanks,
