Josh, I think that changing the label name in SFDC won't change anything in Marketo automatically (see this link: http://community.marketo.com/MarketoArticle?id=kA050000000KzZ0CAK), but maybe support can assist.

Thanks Michelle, I'll create a smart campaign that listens to "spam" bounces and setting "marketing suspended" field to true. I'll have another smart campaign that will change this field to false upon form fillout.

My only concern is when those leads are kept in "marketing suspended", they are blocked from getting any emails if they decide to fill out on our website (we usually send an email with a link to the asset). how can we deal with these cases?

Thanks Breno. just wanted to make sure I'm separating Web / Organic search vs Adwords effectively. So if someone searched us in google and clicks on an adwords campaign, the lead is added to an "adwords" program (based on the ad webpage visit smart campaign).How can we achieve this for organic?

Hi Michelle, I don't think this field is cleared once an email is delivered. It seems like this field keeps the latest "suspended" message. It's also not possible to add this through the UI, so maybe it can be solved with support.Itay
