Hi All, we started tracking our deliverability more effectively, one thing we did notice is a high bounce rate due to spam (I created a smart list with"email suspended cause" contains spam).
We don't want to hit our deliverability rate, so we want to exclude those. I thought about marking those leads as "marketing suspended = true", to exclude them from from any future nurtruing emails. The problem is they will be blocked from receiving a resource email after a form fillout on our website.
What do you think the best way to deal with those?
