I'm trying to embed my LiveChat script in an In-Zone area of an RTP Campaign so it only loads/fires when matching my Named Account segment... My first attempt did not work, but that's not saying much.My question is:assuming I add a new div tag for this, does it matter if it's in the Header or Footer...

I don't think this is correct. When you use "member of sfdc campaign" you are looking at Campaign Members, not leads. Yes, they roll-up to the lead, but you cannot filter by lead status when you're trying to narrow by campaign member status. This is an instance where Marketo can't drill down 2 layer...
