Dory, good answer! Sara, unfortunately you can't back-date program membership and it is completely separate from the success and acquisition date so beware when you run other reports.
You can also create a smart campaign based on created date within timeframe and SFDC Created date is empty plus whatever other rules you have for syncing the record to SFDC.
