What you see in Setup is your only option.If you're looking for result by month and day, you should just clone your report so that you have one for month and one for day instead of changing it every time.
As a troubleshooting piece, you can try opening up the link in other browsers to see if the same issue persists. But yes, a link to the actual page would help a lot.
Do you mean that your web browser (whatever you're using) is opening up a small window only? If so, that's a browser issue instead of marketo. I'd recommend that you do a google search for a resolution.

Are we sure here that the form does not live under a program in Marketing Activities? I just tried creating a form in a standalone folder and the option to do so does not exist. If it does live in a program, you need to pre-pend the program name.
I would suggest that you build smart lists to accomplish both and/or each separately.
What are you testing for? Clicks/Form Submissions/Views? Which of these engagements do you and/or your team believe makes a landing page efficient?
Either the form does not exist, perhaps your "-" is not the correct dash or this form is located on a different partition that can't be accessed. Start typing out the form name "Webinar Registration" ... and see what is auto-suggested. Select from the suggested values. If this form does not pop up...
