What is the original link of the video? We get the thumbnails directly from an API call to YouTube/Vimeo. Not much control we have over what they return us.Justin

I just tried on an old version v44.0.2 and the latest v49.0.2 and it worked as expected in both cases. What you may be seeing is that if you have an empty text version of your email, you have to hover toward the top of the blank canvas to see the element to edit (see the pic below).Justin

Well I still found a minor bug based on your feedback when you change global variables to be module-level in an existing template. The right-pane UI gets in a confused state when you work with the existing modules in existing emails. So, thank you!

Are you testing just with Litmus or on a real device? Often times, Litmus/EmailOnAcid testing takes a screenshot before images load and it will make it seem like things aren't loading.
