David,I would pull a smart list with the filter of "Member of Engagement Program" and the constraint of "Exhausted Content: true". This will allow you to see the leads in question."Exhausted" means the leads are in the stream with a cadence of "normal" but they have already been sent all the content...
David,If the smart campaign adding them into the program has qualification rules, double check that leads can enter through the flow multiple times. Also if the leads are already members of the program, you can run a flow from "lead actions" to remove them from the program and add them back in.
Not sure actually. Are you using the constraint "email is" or "email contains"? "Email is" will choose the exact email name.
Jennifer,What you can do is pull a smart list with the filter of was sent email for each email ("email 1" & "email 2") and make sure you have "all" logic selected. Then pull in the inactivity filter "not was sent email": email is not "email 1" or "email 2".
Nina,What I would do is pull a smart list of "data value changed: lead source in timeframe today" with the constraint of source: salesforce.com and new value and previous value. You will need to run this for every previous value option it was changed from. Then in the flow you can change data value ...

Per design, if you change the test sample size to 33%, that fraction will receive the variants and then ...
Great to know. Thanks Josh for the clarification.
Andy,For segmentation based on a data value and making that data value change, I notice the lead immediately changed segments in the activity history of the lead, so that's expected. However, I have been in a similar situation where I waited one day after a large batch update and still noticed leads...
Kim,I would recommend first running a batch campaign to update demographic scoring. Then you can use the trigger for new leads that are created.
So this wait step will be before the email flow step. What you have set up right now is that when a lead gets to this step, they must wait at least 7 days and then wait until the next 4pm, which could be the next day. Once the lead has waited 7 days and it is 4pm, the next step is the send email flo...
